We take your health concerns seriously and have developed a stringent set of protocols and procedures to assure the utmost safety of our products. All of our products are produced in a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility, eliminating any potential for cross-contamination. All of our products are free of wheat and gluten. We purchase all of our ingredients from dedicated gluten free facilities and are certified by their manufactures All of our ingredients are sourced from certified reliable gluten-free suppliers who must comply with our list of gluten-free criteria. Some ingredients such as raisins, olive oil or salt are gluten-free by their nature, as they are grown, processed and packaged in a gluten-free environment.
We test our ingredients in-house, as needed, using the EZ Gluten Test from Elisa Technologies. This is a simple kit that allows us to determine if a sample is below 10 ppm. |
